There should be a way to brew an ominous bottle, either in a brewing stand or somewhere else. How would you brew it? Simple, the main (or only) ingredient of the potion is the head of a pillager captain (a mob head). So instead of dropping an ominous bottle on death the pillager captain drops its head.
Another feedback article talking about pillager heads (yes this article mentions obtaining them with a charged creeper, but it might still be relevant).
I believe this wouldn't be to hard to implement, it isn't a large change but I believe it would make more sense to get ominous bottles this way instead of them just flat out dropping from the pillager captain. From the pillagers point of view Steve (or in other words, the player) just drank the blood of their captain and therefore, understandably, the pillagers are here to raid the next village they spot him in.
Yes this might be a bit to brutal for Minecraft, but I feel like it should still be considered. Adding another mob head into the game would be highly appreciated, as it can be used for many other things than just brewing the ominous bottle. Thanks to mob heads already existing in the game for quite some time, I think it might not be to far of a stretch (it would still feel like a "Minecraftey" feature).
