Add Boime votes back

Intead of doing mob votes, you could bring back the old biome votes another feature if these is to keep the losing biomes.

    They "retired" the mob vote recently for "better things for the future" or something.

    I dont know what they are planning now, but this still gets my vote.

    i think thats an excellent idea! it would also give more leeway to add more things in than with a single mob :D
