QoL: Use leftover glass blocks to craft glass bottles

Hello all!

The title is pretty self explanatory, but it came to me that I have many pieces of leftover glass from builds and I can't do much with them besides trashing them or keeping them for another project. I figured that maybe it could be possible we could make it so glass bottles can be crafted using all glass blocks and not just base glass. This can potentially be spread to glass panes, but I figured I'd stick to my first suggestion. And who knows--maybe a new feature could come of it like colored glass bottles.
