Hot biomes update

In 2018, biome voting began. The dispute was between the desert, taiga, and savannah, with the taiga becoming the champion and being added. In 2019, there was another year of biome voting; this time, it was between arid lands, swamp, and mountains. In this case, the mountains won. The swamp has already been added, leaving only the hot biomes. It's great content and will be much easier to program. This will benefit both the company by regaining the community's trust in voting, showing that it is indeed possible for mobs that lost votes to return to the game, and the community by gaining something they have wanted for a long time.
