Gamerule to disable podzol from spruce trees

Giant spruce trees replace grass with podzol as they grow, which is annoying to gameplay for many players. It would be great if there was a gamerule to disable this.

For example: /gamerule podzolGrows or /gamerule podzolReplace.

    This gamerule should also disable azelia trees replacing the dirt underneath them with rooted dirt.
    More for consistency than anything.
