limit wasted fps from interfaces for more fps in what really matters

hello everyone, I want an optimization to be done in the Minecraft interface, for example HOTBAR, F3, TAB on servers, EXPERIENCE BAR, etc. I want this change to be made because when I click F1 my fps gets much better, and I can't play with F1 all the time. So if you have 165 fps, the Minecraft interfaces are also running at 165 fps. conclusion: I want you to limit the fps of the interfaces to a little more or less 10 fps, resulting in a much better fps without interfering in any way with your gameplay.
