Alt + Pick Block switches hand to correct tool.

Pressing the Alt at the same time as the Pick Block key will switch the players hand to the correct tool if it is in the hotbar. If it is in the inventory, it will replace the hand with the tool from the inventory. If no tool is available, nothing will happen.
