Feathers that remove phantoms

I think adding a bird like a peacock, pheasant or heron, and making it possible to obtain a special feather from them that can be crafted to make somthing like a dream catcher that stoppes phantoms from spawning in an area around the player that has it in its inventory or that that specific player can't be the reason the phantoms spawn.
