Fortune enchantment in axes have chance to return wax from copper

The fortune enchantment in axes is useless (appart from giving you more melon slices...) I propose that whenever you take the wax off a copper block, it has a chance to give you the used wax. The chances can be equal to flint being dropped by breaking gravel. This would make fortune axes useful and give players an easier source of wax for large builds without having to resort to automation. Collecting large quantities of wax without a honey farm can be very tedious, and if you have the risk of accidentally hitting a bee in the process, it can be dangerous too. Mojang has clearly shown that they are willing to give us lots of easy copper with the trial chambers, so why not also give us cheap honeycomb too?
