New Dimension

Honestly, adding more dimensions would be great! Like a mystical dimension called the 'Twisted Forest', where there are trees in strange formations, also water almost dark blue, just the slightest bit of light blue. In the 'Twisted Forest', the grass would be like the grass of the blue nether biome (I forgot the name of it), but it would be green tinted. The sky would be blue still, just visible clouds would be hardly visible. The portal would be crafted out of dark oak leaves, then the portal would activate with an oak sapling. The portal animation would be almost like running water, and the color of it would be dark blue. (Bonus Detail=The mobs would either be upside-down or would look different).
