I like the idea of lowering some of the bogged's stats to make up for poison arrows, but I think it went a little far. It didn't need to have slow firing AND less health, just one or the other. The bogged seems weaker than regular skeletons. I think it would be better to make it fire faster with low health, or fire slow with normal health. And as for strays, they have no lower stats to make up for their slowness arrows. They also need a balance of stats.
