Add a Loading Message About Ore Veins

Very few people know about ore veins, so I think it would be helpful to add a loading message that tells players about them to Bedrock Edition.

    I'm definitely not a new player, but I agree! Sounds really good. I already got X-ray, so I don't need ore vein tips :)
