Minecraft Clothes editor

On the bedrock character maker, you can add outerwear pieces of clothing like a jacket and have the option to remove it completely. I would like to see this done with the normal tops which don't give you an option to have none on. I want to make a beach or summer themed skin but with the options of tops and shirts it doesn't give that feeling. Or have an option to download the skin complexion from the character maker.
