brewing stand tiers

I would suggest adding two new tiers for brewing stands while curent brewing stand would be middle tier
first brewing stand would be able to brew only single potion but would be available and useable in overworld (unless there is strong reason to keep brewing post-nether access only, but potions can be acquired by multiple ways in owerworld now), this "brewing stand" could be even cauldron, making very inefficient method to use resources to get potions, maybe not letting you make throwing and lingering potions since in cauldron you could only make mixture and not change bottle type, to make cauldron brew potions, campfire placed under it could be used, and to make resources less effective, adding random chance to actually ingredient work, making batch of 3 potions but with each ingredient added having chance to do nothing and just disappear rather than being used, making crude and hard to use early game potion making
standard brewing stand would work exactly as it does now
improved brewing stand could have 5 potion slots or it could work just faster too, making potions even more efficient and this upgrade requiring accessing ancient city (maybe using echo shards in making these or sculk blocks, maybe catalyst in crafting recipe), or end, usage of end rods, saving resources, could take more blaze powder or requiring other fuel entirely instead
