Add a Trash Biome to Minecraft

It is not uncommon to see dumps, junkyards, and landfills. These areas are large parcels of land that have their own ecosystem. Possums, rats, crows, and racoons are all interesting critters that could populate this biome. Breaking through mountains of trash blocks for a small chance at treasure, and recycling trash for glass, or paper would be fun to slowly reveal another biome under the mountains of trash.
