Leave Slabs

I am suggesting Leave Slabs to be added to the game. It would be crafted like any other slab in the game, just depending on whatever leave type you use will result in the leave slab you would get.

When it comes to building custom Minecraft trees, you are always struggling to find the right volume in the leaves, this would help with that. Minecraft also has no slab block that allows light to pass through it, this would fix that. Minecraft also has no slab block that when waterlogged would keep the water from spreading everywhere, again this would fix that.
