Add a command to place blocks under bedrock

Hi Mojang, can you please add a command such we can place blocks under bedrock? I was thinking of it like this: /gamerule placeblocksunderbedrock true This command will allow to place blocks under bedrock in the specific world. Or if the 'true' is 'false' then it would not allow to place blocks under bedrock. And also add a toggle in world creation to place blocks under bedrock or not. Please add the toggle in the cheats. If the toggle is off, we can't place blocks under bedrock. But if it's on, we can. So this was my idea. Thank you.
