A way to prevent Nether anchors explode

Hi,

The Nether Anchor in Hardcore (like the Recovery Compas) has no uses because you can't respawn here, but I don't think we can add a "exclusive hardcore mechanic". An easy and nice solution to this is make the Nether Anchor can be blocked with something to use it as a decoration. If the Anchor is blocked, you can't set your checkpoint (only the players who set checkpoint before you block the Anchor can still re-spawning there) and you can't recharge it. But also it can't explote, so you can use it to decorate! Well, before this post, you can decorate with Nether Anchors, but if you accidentally click it... BOOM, so with this mechanic you can use it safely.
