Minecraft bedrock commands easier including tick and attribute

Minecraft bedrock needs easier access and ways to do a command, as Java doesn't even need to type and remember any of it. Some bedrock loves wish more commands including tick (the new one) and attribute so parity would draw closer than ever before. We also wish for the debug stick and invisible item frames for more possibilities of endless creativity.
