Wasteland Biome

Made up of loose dirt (Just Dirt with sand physics). Has dead trees, and dead bushes. Almost no mobs spawn except the new mob the Wasted, (Skeleton that shoots weakness arrows), skeleton horses, skeleton pigs, Zombies, Enderman, Phantoms, Creepers, and Skeleton Spiders. Has fossils spawning above and underground. Has craters everywhere. No mobs burn in daylight. It can't rain. No water appears. Has ruins everywhere.
