Minecart Changes

I love these new changes, the only thing I really feel like should be different is to make different rails to control the speed of the minecart instead of a gamerule, so it leaves full control up to the player without having to make changes beforehand (or can't make changes to current worlds). Maybe a gamerule could be used for adding to each rail type to increase the speed overall for those that want that option.

Each powered rail could have different recipes based on speed ie.

Copper, Iron, Gold, Amethyst, Diamond, Netherite, quartz. Not all need to be used but utilizing other materials to make different powered rails makes things feel more useful and valuable.
