Iron Heart/Heavy Heart

the totem is a completely unique item with a completely unique position, I think it should have other items in the same category but not just a totem reskin. An Iron Heart is crafted through a Heavy Core, Iron and Obsidian.

While holding the Heavy Heart/Iron Heart you take 1/4 the damage from all damage, it doesnt break upon death and can be crafted. It could also have durability of some kind although its healthbar would be very large.

If it needs to be less powerful you could even add a permanent slowness effect to the player holding the heart. The totem is for helping one shot kills while the heavy heart is generally just to survive longer.

Another major flaw could be the heart makes it so you sink underwater/underlava.
