Broadly, I like the idea behind bundles, But there is one primary thing which I think is a huge misstep with them. That being that they are locked to a stack as opposed to a number of items. In my experience, The largest amount of clutter in my inventory tends to be unstackable items as opposed to small amounts of other items. However I also understand that holding 64 unstackable items in a single slot would be a bit busted.
Here is my proposed solution. Allow unstackable items to take up only an eighth or a quarter of the bundle's capacity as opposed to the whole thing. Perhaps you could even limit that to not apply to armour and tools if you so desired.
This would allow you condense things like enchanted books, Buckets of mobs, Maps, Beds, Music disks, Potions, Totems, Etc. into a single slot. It would also give a reason you to keep items like spyglasses and goat horns on you. Since they are no longer taking up an entire slot for an item with a very situational usage. And likewise, The extra steps required to get something out of a bundle prevent you from just being able to instantly use the items.
