Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Curse of defficiency

This new curse can added onto any tool that allows efficiency. There are 5 levels. With 5 being the worst. Once the tool has the curse, it cannot be enchanted with efficiency. And vice versa. Curse of defficiency I - 10% slower Curse of defficiency II - 20% slower Curse of defficiency III - 30% slower Curse of defficiency IV - 40% slower Curse of defficiency V - 50% slower Acquirable through villager trading, and any chest that has a pickaxe, axe, shovel, shears, or a hoe
