Allow Console players to have the ability to download Mods to put on Realms

I would like and I know many others would like to download mods, shaders and all the other fun Java stuff to their console worlds or realms to enhance their experience with Minecraft. This would be a good benefit not only to the community, but for Mojang themselves cause that would bring so many more customers to their doorstep. A way they could implement this idea would be to create trusted sites for downloadable mods,shaders and skins for console versions that actually allow them to use it in released Minecraft and not having to use the Minecraft Preview app instead. Again just a suggestion that I think would benefit both sides of the community.
