Allay and Bottle o' Enchanting Buff

The Bottle O' Enchanting is useless, so let's fix that. 

If we give a bottle o' enchanting to an allay, the allay will collect XP orbs and throw them at their masters. 

Many other people hate it when their XP Orbs aren't getting picked up or are left behind, and it would give a useless item a purpose and make allays even more helpful!

Please, it would be so awesome.
