Player stats customization

Make that players can customize their stats like maximum amount of hearts, hunger, and even punch damage and speed, jump height, health regeneration, etecetera, i suggest putting a certain limit with cheats off so it does not become overpowered, and also make it that it can be changed even after world creation, do not forget to also put the option for lower than average to add more customization.
