Converting Podzol to dirt should be easier

As it stands now, turning podzol to dirt requires you to shovel it to convert it to path blocks, hoe it to turn it into farmland, and then wait for dry farmland to turn into dirt. If you're building in an area with a lot of podzol and want it to be grass, it takes an unnecessarily long time, especially since course dirt can be converted to dirt fairly easily. Why not make it so that using a hoe on podzol turns it into dirt, like hoe using a hoe on coarse dirt does the same?
