Endermen spawns endermite

Supported by a popular theory I think that when endermen teleport an endermite should spawn where the Enderman teleported, this also preventing the player from standing under a two block high roof to not be attacked by the Nederman.

    Endermites had a chance of spawning when an enderman teleported in older versions of the game, but that feature has been removed.
