End aesthetic details in overworld sky

In most promotional artwork, the end is implied to be “above” the over world, and shares many similarities to real world outer space. In the night sky, there should be end islands visible in the sky. THESE ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE, instead they are purely for looks, just like the moon. They are very far away, but you can craft a telescope utility block to gaze up at the sky to look at it. Perhaps you could even see the ender dragon flapping around. Purely aesthetic. Would be perfect for an end update.
