Minecart with a fan

The idea of a redstone fan is already known in the community but I've came up with an idea of a minecart with a fan. A minecart with a fan could be a revolutionary feature that could rebalance transportation of minecraft in the following way: Minecart with a fan with the power of wind will be decently fast itself on any rails, however a minecart with a fan on powered rails would be a way faster way to travel than elytra. This could possibly solve the problem of transportation by balancing it in such way, that you have a fast transport on already set trajectories, and on the other hand you have a less fast but more effective transport by elytra with which you can travel anywhere you want. This would also cover the anticipated update to minecarts system as there could also be implemented a way to connect the minecarts in order to make long trains powered for example with the wind.
