Update to Polar Bear behavior.

Since polar bears with cubs count as a hostile mob when near a cub, they path-find towards the player from quite a distance, and in some cases will attack the player through walls and fences. Since this is supposed to be the bear protecting its cub, it should only be hostile if the player is within a six block radius of the cub, to prevent unnecessary deaths due to polar bears.

    I agree its frustrating when you go to hide from Polar Bears in a house they can still hit you if you are beside the wall or if you are a good ways away from the cub the Mama Bear still gets angry with you
