Dear Microsoft Support, I am writing to express my frustration with the performance of Minecraft on iPads equipped with Apple's new M-series chips. Despite the high specifications of these devices, Minecraft runs extremely laggy, making gameplay nearly impossible. This issue significantly detracts from the overall experience and seems to be related specifically to the M-series chips, as other apps do not exhibit similar performance problems. I urge you to address this compatibility issue promptly to restore the quality of gameplay expected from Minecraft on these devices. I recently tried getting back into the game after a period of inactivity, only to be reminded of why I quit playing in the first place. Minecraft is just a primitive, horrid experience on my iPad, and it performs how I’d imagine it would run were I to try and play Minecraft on a 2010 Windows laptop with an Intel chip. I’ll wrap up this feedback report by adding that prior to me arriving at this conclusion that the game isn’t optimized for the new iPads, I even went online in an attempt to diagnose the problem, only to discover that online forums validate my frustrations. There is no shortage of disgruntled iPad owners writing about their less than stellar experiences trying to run Minecraft on their new and otherwise highly capable iPad. Thank you for taking time to read this and for considering my comments. Take care.
