Add Glowing Potions and Blindness Potions

Blindness potions have been requested for a long time from the community, and I think a great way of adding them would be Glowing Potions. The materials needed to brew Glowing potions could either be added in a new update or be existing items such as froglights, giving another use to them. The potion would apply the Glowing effect, applying the same effect as spectral arrows, also allowing them to be crafted in the same way as tipped arrows. This could also be a reason to finally add spectral arrows to Bedrock Edition. A corruption of the Glowing potion, the Blindness Potion, could be obtained by brewing the Glowing Potion with a Fermented Spider Eye. This potion could also be used to create tipped arrows, which could be useful in pvp. This would be a way to let players mess with these two effects in survival.
