Netherite upgrade smithing template

Can you make more upgrade templates appear in bastions or make bastions appear more often because I make it a goal to get a full enchanted netherite set in every world so I spend hours on end I'm not joking it takes me around 8 days to find 2 templates fortresses are more common by the time I find one template I've got like 48 ancient debris and if you don't want to look for more your gonna use diamond to make more but if your armor breaks diamonds you have to use diamonds it's a lot of them I get you made it easier but still it's a lot of diamonds so I ask you please rework how to get netherite I can find 48 ancient debris and 13 fortresses for every bastion why is that?
