Better World Generation

I play on Minecraft Bedrock, I love the plains biome, it is my favorite. Ever since Caves and Cliffs it is impossible to find a plains biome completely flat without a whole bunch of cave openings and multiple villages. I miss the old world generation, and I do not see as nearly as much cool mountains as I should. Also I think another cool idea would be making the grass block completely green, when I see hills, I see ugly brown, I want to see beautiful green. Thank you so much.
