New use for enchanted golden apples

If you breed horses with two enchanted golden apples, you should get a horse with max stats or at least very good stats. This way it would be easier to get an actually good horse for transportation (For people who dont rush the elytra) while still being somewhat expensive. It would still be viable for people to breed good horses as it isnt easy to get two enchanted golden apples and maybe you could only get the true max stats horse through breeding. Enchanted golden apples often just sit in chests because people are "afraid" to use them or would just rather bring a totem and save an inventory space. This gives them a new use and makes them an even greater treasure.
