I want coral blocks to be broken faster by hoe instead of pickaxe

Coral blocks are brocken faster by pickaxe, but would be better by hoe, because hoe is not often usable, also corals are organic blocks, so would be realistic if they were brocken faster by hoe instead of pickaxe
