Make Respawning the Ender Dragon Worthwhile

Make it so when you unlock all end city gates by beating the ender dragon 20 times you get a VERY good reward such as good armor, a flying animal/vehicle, or an ability that makes you jump or run really fast.  Or maybe a mixture of just all around good loot/ But I think you should do something because no one really respawns the ender dragon anymore because of XP farms.
