Blue biome in main dimension

My idea is similar to those of Cherry wood and Warped Forests, but I have an idea: Why not make a blue biome that features many of the blue blocks and warped wood as well!? My favorite color is blue, and there's a blue biome in the nether, there's ice and oceans in the main world - Why not!? Another blue biome with solid ground that won't melt in light would be cool!
