New dimension. The Lost Realm

So me and my friends have been wanting a new dimension to visit in minecraft because so far there are only three. So we came up with The Lost Realm. Obviously, there would have to be new blocks, materials like ores, mobs like a boss, armor, a new portal, and weapons. Also I was wondering if you could make the ore in this realm called titan ore.
