Chiseled bookshelves set-up

I'd strongly recommend giving the carved bookshelves the same functionality as the regular bookshelves, with the difference being that players who are more advanced in their games and therefore have greater sortages of leather would be more likely to get some of the enchantments they want more often in their tools and weapons by simply putting on those chiseled bookshelves the corresponding enchanted books. These on one hand would help these players who are seeking for specific enchantments and additionally wouldn't affect those who are more recent in their games
