Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Additional Grindstone feature

The grindstone could be used to revert blocks back to a previous state. For example, it could be used to turn glass and sandstone into sand, concrete into concrete powder, brick block into bricks or quartz bock into nether quartz. 

this would be keep the same UI and only require one of the left slots in the gridstone.
