return to unnerfed hammer

My idea is to return some old features or add new features to the deck, of the 5 nerfs that were made to it, at least 1 thing could be denerfed, and that is that the Density enchantment can be combined with Fissure. and a new feature of the deck could be that when you hit an entity or player with the Gust of Wind enchantment, when you rise, the cooldown is a little bit faster, minimum from 0.5 to 0.7, and that would be my idea, I hope you like it.
