New Mob Idea! - Farm Golem/Scarecrow

I had an idea for a golem called a scarecrow or farm golem that would spawn near villages and go through farms, harvesting crops and replanting seeds on plowed ground. You could spawn it by placing hay blocks and a jack o lantern similar to an iron or snow golem. Maybe it could be coded to only pick up various seeds to plant and leave crops behind as items for villagers to eat/collect/whatever villagers do with the food they pick up

    This is a cool idea. It would definitely help improve automatic farming. They would spawn naturally in villager farms. I was thinking that if a villager naturally connected to a composter and became a farmer, then there would be a 50% chance of it spawning. If there was a farm but non of the villagers naturally connected to the composter and became a farmer then there would be a 100% chance of it spawning
