Please add a refund option so people can get their mine coins back

I'm really sad right now because I want to return one of my Minecraft packs that I bought and I can't and I can't get my mine coins back and I'm really really sad if you guys could add that I would be really happy because I saved up $6 for the more pack and I bought a pack but I don't really like it so I kind of wanted to return it but I can't and I'm on bedrock on my phone
