Leaves

I would like to suggest:

1. Leaves decay faster (jungle leaves can stay the same)

2. Arrows lit with fire destroy leaves (may not make sense but it'd be convenient)

3. Leaves that are floating with nothing supporting them (ie. a single leaf block floating in the air) should decay much faster than it already does
