Calibrated powered rails

So you know how you made the calibrated sculk sensor which will only react to the sound if it is equal to the inputted redstone signal so you can make calibrated powered rails which can be crafted as a powered rail covered by Copper if you give the rail an input of 1 the minecart will go very slowly but if you give it an input of 15 it will go at atleast 50 block per second
