New Enchantment: Hunger For Knowledge

This would be an enchantment that would be on the chest plate, and when XP is collected it would fuel some of the hunger bar, kind of like how mending repairs armor durability.

2 reasons for the enchantment are: 1. It provides a new way for players to create their own solutions to hunger, such as going for combat for "food", or repurposing XP farms for "food", and 2. It would also convince players low on food seek out combat to refuel their hunger, adding a risk and reward element, adding playstyles to combat and deepening it.
