Minecraft Bedrock (Windows) - Game minimization and nickname problem

Hello, I have 2 problems with Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Windows) that are very disturbing and annoying

1 - The game loads after minimizing

Every time the game is minimized, when you return to the game, it loads again, because of that you can quit the server or leave the world of another player. Why would the game load every time? In the java version, you can minimize the game safely and it won't kick you out of the world. This problem on Bedrock makes it very difficult to play with someone online. Please fix this as it is a long standing problem.

2 - Reset nickname

Every time I have the game puts the nickname "Creeper Min" because of some skin with a creeper, and the game constantly puts it instead of my nickname, and that would fix it, you have to select the account in the launcher again. And it should always be done when restarting the computer because the game resets my account tag to the name of the skin. Please also fix it, because to restart in the account that would be the correct nickname is annoying.
